21-year-olds Nasezire Horton and Quentin Riviere were arrested in Rochester, New York, for their alleged involvement in a triple shooting that resulted in the death of 19-year-old Rukia Isaack. The pair were taken into custody at a drug house, where police also found marijuana and over 150 packets of crack cocaine. Horton and Riviere, who both have criminal records, face charges including second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Police suspect the suspects may be connected to additional shootings in Rochester.
