45-year-olds Kathleen T. Hamilton and Robert A. Rogers were caught entering and leaving a known drug house, 343 South Watt Street, in Chillicothe. Police stopped the pair on Jan 22nd in a truck owned by Hamilton, discovering 111g of cocaine. The pair face first-degree felony charges for cocaine possession, with a potential 11-year prison sentence and $20,000 fine, and six third-degree felony charges for having weapons while under disability, with a potential 3-year prison sentence and $10,000 fine.
