West Haven police arrested Lavelle Shabazz and Ramzey Samuel for possession of drugs and ghost guns.

The West Haven Police Department's Street Crime Unit arrested Lavelle Shabazz, 32, for possession of a loaded, ghost gun with no serial number and cocaine in his car. The unit also arrested Ramzey Samuel, 29, who was found with crack cocaine, heroin/fentanyl compound, MDMA, and a stolen Glock 27 .40 caliber pistol in his car. Both men were charged with various offenses related to drug possession and illegal gun possession.
