57-year-old Michael DeChellis was arrested in Oregon after a six-month investigation revealed he allegedly defrauded customers of over $300,000 through his comic book restoration business, "Hero Restoration." The Linn County Sheriff's Office discovered that DeChellis sold the stolen comic books online and to a private dealer in Washington. DeChellis faces charges of first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree theft, and racketeering.
