24-year-old motorcyclist dies from hit-and-run collision on Highway 44; Winnipeg driver charged with impaired driving causing death. The 30-year-old driver fled the scene but was later found and arrested for impaired driving causing bodily harm. After the motorcyclist's death, the driver was re-arrested and charged with impaired driving causing death, and is set to appear in court in November.
