A 76-year-old cyclist died after colliding with an SUV in Montreal's Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles borough on November 15. The incident occurred at 3:30 p.m. when the cyclist and the 33-year-old SUV driver were traveling in opposite directions, with the driver making a left turn. The cyclist was found unconscious and critically injured, and despite paramedics' efforts to resuscitate him, he died at the hospital. The driver was uninjured, and the investigation is ongoing.
