Massachusetts officer Matthew Sech saves 2-year-old girl from drowning in New Hampshire.

Off-duty Massachusetts police officer, Matthew Sech, saved a 2-year-old girl from drowning during a vacation in New Hampshire. At Iona Lake, he heard screams and saw a woman pulling her unresponsive child from the water. Sech administered back blows to clear water from the girl's lungs, and she regained consciousness before being transported to the hospital and released in good health.
