Judge allows Epstein victims to sue advisers Indyke and Kahn for aiding sex trafficking.
Judge Arun Subramanian has allowed victims of Jeffrey Epstein to sue his close advisers, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, for aiding and abetting his sex trafficking of young women and girls. The judge rejected the argument that victims cannot pursue a class action due to settlements with Epstein's estate. However, he put the proposed class action on hold as the release signed by plaintiff Danielle Bensky covered her claims against Indyke and Kahn. Another plaintiff, Jane Doe 3, may pursue some claims and file a motion for class certification at a later time.
