62-year-old Ghislaine Maxwell, convicted in December 2021 of sex trafficking for Jeffrey Epstein, is appealing her conviction in a New York court. Maxwell's lawyers will argue that her victims have "faded, distorted, and motivated memories," and that she did not receive a fair trial due to undisclosed juror information. Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in June 2022 for luring young girls to massage rooms for Epstein to molest between 1994 and 2004.
