Seattle City Attorney introduces "Stay Out of Drug Area" (SODA) legislation aimed at reducing drug crime, allowing courts to ban drug offenders from entering specific zones. Two zones are designated in areas with established drug activity. If approved and signed by Mayor, it will take effect after 30 days. City Council supports the targeted approach to address drug crisis and public safety.
