28 Jul, 2024: Shanghai Museum hosts the first-ever cat-themed event at its ancient Egyptian civilization exhibition, attracting around 200 exquisitely dressed pet cats and their owners. The event, named "On Top of the Pyramid: The Civilization of Ancient Egypt," features 788 artifacts from Egypt, promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and Egypt. The exhibition runs through August.
