17-year-old Penelope "Penny" Wise, missing for two months from Michigan, was found living with a 44-year-old man she claimed to be engaged to. Despite extensive searches by multiple law enforcement agencies, Penny was discovered by a local and returned to her family. The Kent County Prosecutor's Office has not pursued charges against the older man at this time.
