A missing 1-month-old Auburn Hills girl and her mother, Amanda Rose Prowell-Smith, have been found safe after more than two weeks of not being seen. The mother was arrested on outstanding warrants and the baby was placed in the care of Child Protective Services for a check-up, with no injuries reported. The pair were found at a laundromat in Warren, Michigan.
