Nevada's Sand Harbor State Park developing a new master plan to address overcrowding; public input sought by Sept 15, 2024.

Nevada Division of State Parks is developing a master plan for Sand Harbor State Park to deal with overcrowding, seeking public feedback on visitor experience, environmental protection, and park operations. The previous plan was created in 1990 and this will be the first specific plan for Sand Harbor. Public input is gathered through an interactive Story Map and an online survey, with a deadline of Sept 15, 2024.
