6-year-old boy killed by dogs in Portland: Koko Moe Miller, a 56-year-old woman, has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, maintaining a dangerous dog, and two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment in connection with the fatal dog attack on a 6-year-old boy in northeast Portland in December. Miller's two Great Dane-Mastiff mixes attacked the child when he opened the door to the garage. The dogs were euthanized after the incident.
