146 Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs (Health & Wellness Centres) in rural Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir have significantly enhanced healthcare facilities. Set up over the past one to 1.5 years, these centres, initiated by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, offer free medicines, yoga classes and cover physical and mental health. They aim to deliver comprehensive health services to over 10 crore poor & vulnerable families.
