Off-duty Lexington Police Officer Rachael Curnutte was arrested on July 21 for DUI after an officer observed her driving her personal vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She has been charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and was immediately relieved of sworn duties and transferred to an administrative assignment. The Lexington Police Department is continuing its investigation.
