36-year-old Rhode Island woman, Meghan Wolfsberger, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) and driving the wrong way on a divided highway after causing a wrong-way collision on I-395 in Killingly, CT. Police found empty bottles of alcohol in her car and noted the odor of alcohol and signs of impairment. Wolfsberger failed the sobriety tests and was released on a $500 bond, scheduled to appear in court on August 9.
