Miami Gardens Police Sergeant Andrea Rhodesia Smith, 38, was arrested on DUI and reckless driving charges after being spotted speeding and running red lights in a white Mercedes. The officer approached her car with their gun drawn due to her erratic driving and behavior, noting bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech, and an odor of alcohol on her breath. Miramar Police were called to assist with field sobriety exercises.
