22-year-old drink-driver, Billy Stratton, was caught driving a stolen car and blew 150 on a roadside breath test, four times the legal limit. Stratton was disqualified from driving until 2026 and arrested on suspicion of theft and possession of cannabis. He had entered a home the previous night and stolen a set of car keys before driving off in the stolen Fiat Punto, which was caught on CCTV at a McDonald's drive-th.
