A driver in Brierley Hill was arrested after failing a roadside breath test, revealing they were twice over the legal limit. Police officers were called to a crash involving a Range Rover and a Seat Ibiza, and one occupant of the vehicles was breathalysed at the scene. The driver was subsequently arrested and their vehicle seized.
