Tulsa Police arrested Raheem Chambers on charges of second and third-degree arson, malicious injury to property, and marijuana possession after he allegedly set multiple fires near 21st and Riverside. Chambers admitted to intentionally starting the fires and causing property damage; security cameras captured him at both scenes. Incidents included a structure fire on July 3rd and a vehicle fire shortly after.
