Abuse survivors and parishioners re-tied ribbons at Ballarat's St Patrick's Cathedral, supporting victims of clergy abuse. The ribbons were initially cut down in March for restoration work on the fence, but survivors' group Loud Fence and the parish council reached an agreement to put the ribbons back. A permanent memorial recognizing abuse is planned by the parish under the Diocese of Ballarat.
