Ballarat city unveils draft plans for the Continuous Voices memorial, a park for childhood sexual abuse victims. The memorial, on a small lake in Victoria Park, features a brass boardwalk & archway representing individual healing journeys. The state government has provided $500,000, council $500,000, and the city seeks an additional $500,000 from the federal government for landscaping and car park works. The design received unanimous approval and aims to unite global victim-survivors.
