24-year-old Kai Stacey Reinhardt has been denied bail in relation to the alleged murder of 21-year-old Will Swinbourne during a drug deal gone wrong on the Gold Coast. Reinhardt is charged with murder under "common purpose" provisions, despite not being alleged to have fatally stabbed Swinbourne. The court heard that Reinhardt is accused of having a role in planning and arranging a robbery with the knowledge that violence would occur.
