46-year-old Christian preacher Felix Ngole, who had his job offer rescinded by Touchstone Leeds after they discovered his views on homosexuality, plans to appeal after failing to win in a tribunal case. Ngole claimed Touchstone Leeds discriminated against him due to his religious beliefs and had previously won a Court of Appeal case against Sheffield University for a similar reason. The job offer was for a hospital discharge mental health support worker role.
