2 Kenyan suspects, a police officer and a civilian, were arrested in Naivasha with 20 elephant tusks (29 kg) worth an estimated Sh2.9 million. The suspects, linked to the Utheri Wa Lari police station, will be charged under the Wildlife Conservation Management Act 2013 for possessing endangered species' trophies. Authorities suspect that up to eight elephants may have been killed for the tusks.
