31-year-old Pengfei Ji was arrested in Fort Bend County, Texas, for allegedly fatally injuring his wife's teacup pomeranian during a domestic dispute. Surveillance footage revealed Ji grabbing the dog by its rear legs, swinging it over his head, and slamming it into a dog house multiple times before discarding it. The pet was transported to a veterinarian and pronounced dead. Ji faces felony animal cruelty charges.
