The Napa Valley Wine Train, a 35-year-old attraction, has updated its technology to reduce its environmental impact. The train's new 1864 diesel engine, the cleanest in its class globally, meets strict Environmental Protection Agency standards, uses less fuel, and produces nearly zero emissions. General Manager Nathan Davis plans to convert the entire fleet to green technology by 2025.
