China's Ministry of Commerce is reviewing anti-dumping measures on toluidine imports from the EU, a chemical used in dye, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides. The review could lead to changes or updates in anti-dumping policies, as China assesses the impact of current measures imposed in 2013 with rates ranging from 19.6% to 36.9%. These measures were extended in 2019.
