Prison official Svetlana Muscat, Malta's Correctional Services Agency's Head of Strategy, has been placed on forced leave after allegations she allowed Yorgen Fenech, awaiting trial for journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia's murder, to meet people in her office. Police are investigating whether she will face criminal charges or disciplinary measures. The identities of those Fenech allegedly met remain unclear.
