Montreal's Cité-des-Prairies youth rehabilitation center is under investigation for alleged sexual misconduct involving nine female educators and five minor detainees, including one educator who reportedly had a baby with a detainee. Quebec's Social Services Minister Lionel Carmant condemned the situation as "intolerable" and called for accountability. Two managers have been temporarily removed, and several employees have been suspended or fired as investigations by the police and health authorities continue.
