A threat actor named "kiberphant0m" allegedly compromised over 278 GB of sensitive data, including IMSI numbers, SIM card details, home location register data, and critical security keys. The breach may have been ongoing for an extended period before being publicly disclosed. The compromised data, if exploited, could be used for SIM cloning and other criminal activities, such as extortion. This is the second data breach BSNL has experienced within the past six months.
