41-year-old NY man Romney Desronvil attempted to drown his 2 children at a West Haven beach, leading to his arrest. Police discovered the incident after hearing screams coming from the water. First responders and the West Shore Fire Department administered life-saving measures on site before the children were rushed to a hospital in intensive care. Desronvil remains in custody.
