A Georgia couple, Alyssia Langley and Timothy Stephens, were arrested for child neglect in Daytona Beach, Florida after being found heavily intoxicated and asleep on the beach, with their two children (aged 5 and 7) found unsupervised at a nearby hotel pool. The couple faced multiple charges, including child neglect, possession of alcohol on the beach, and an escape attempt by Stephens. The children were later returned to their family in Georgia.
