Hubble Space Telescope captured an image of nebula RCW 7, 5,300 light-yrs away in Puppis. Rich in star-forming material, the nebula's massive protostars cause hydrogen to emit light, resulting in a pinkish glow. Hubble's Wide Field Camera 3 in near-infrared light reveals the stars, and as massive stars reach end of life, new stars form while gas disperses for new molecular clouds.
