100,000-year-old protostar's fireworks-like image captured by NASA telescope.

NASA telescope captures a fireworks-like image of a 100,000-year-old protostar in the galaxy, in its early stages of becoming a star. The fiery hourglass figure shows the object consuming its surrounding parent molecular cloud, made of gas and dust, which creates an effect resembling fireworks. As the protostar ages, it will push away much of the molecular cloud and eventually become more visible by telescope.
