Former Massachusetts State Senator Dean Tran and his sister Tuyet T. Martin face federal charges for allegedly attempting to cover up a "sham" job offer from the sister's company to Tran. Tran, 48, was indicted on one count of obstruction of justice and one count of making a false statement, while his sister, 54, faces two counts of obstruction of justice and one count of perjury. The charges come as Tran is already facing several charges in separate cases.
