Wesley Olan Landers, former CFO of the Tennessee Department of Correction, and Jeffrey Scott Wells, a former executive at Centurion of Tennessee, have been charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice and perjury. They are accused of rigging a $123 million behavioral health contract by sharing confidential information. Their alleged actions came to light during a lawsuit filed by Corizon, which lost the contract. If convicted, they face up to five years in prison.
