A moped rider was seriously injured in a crash involving a Nissan in East Hartford on Tuesday night around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Silver Lane and Warren Drive. The moped driver is in stable condition at the hospital, while the Nissan driver, who suffered minor injuries, is cooperating with the investigation. No arrests have been made.
