Moped driver in Middletown suffers severe head and facial injuries after colliding with a car on West Street. Both vehicles were heading north when the moped failed to slow down for speed bumps. The moped driver is now in stable condition at Hartford Hospital, while the car driver remained unharmed. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact Officer E.
