Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is attracting various bird species due to its location by the Yellow River. However, birds often choose power grid towers for nesting, which has led to short circuits caused by materials they bring. To ensure safe power infrastructure, Qingtongxia City has introduced bird-friendly solutions, including artificial rattan nests for temporary sanctuary, to prevent such hazards.
