38-year-old Jordan Ward from South Frontenac Township has been charged with careless driving causing death by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) for a fatal collision involving a pedestrian in Sydenham, Ontario on January 5, 2024. The victim was hit while walking on the shoulder of Bedford Road, and Ward cooperated with the investigation. His court appearance is scheduled for July 8 in Kingston.
