200+ mineworkers at Sibanye-Stillwater's Kwezi Shaft in Rustenburg, South Africa, conducted an illegal sit-in, demanding shares as part of the Employee Share Ownership Scheme (ESOS) for Kroondal employees. The workers started their sit-in when the Monday morning shift refused to resurface on June 3. The mineworkers' union and the company are in discussions to find a solution and the workers demand the shares payments before they resurface.
