Emergency services personnel participate in Australian Red Cross Lifeblood's annual blood donation drive from June 1 to August 31.
Ambulance Victoria and Country Fire Authority (CFA) staff join Australian Red Cross Lifeblood's annual Emergency Services Blood Drive, from Jun 1 to Aug 31. The initiative encourages emergency services personnel to donate blood, plasma, and platelets for medical conditions and procedures, including cancer, heart surgery, and pregnancy. Over 14,000 donations were made last year. Donors can register on Lifeblood.com.au or call 13 14 95.
