28-year-old Oberon woman allegedly failed a road-side drug test with an infant in the car, leading to hospitalization for further testing. Police discovered she did not have a valid driver's license. Earlier on the same day, a provisional licence holder was caught speeding, leading to a three-month license suspension and penalty notices for speeding and lack of p-plates. A 19-year-old motorcyclist was also caught driving with a disqualified learners license on the Mitchell Highway and will appear in Dubbo Local Court.
