2 state prison inmates, Adam Poor Bear and Ryan Shot With Arrow, escaped from Rapid City Minimum Center.
2 state prison inmates, Adam Poor Bear (30, 5'11", 180 lbs, black hair, brown eyes) and Ryan Shot With Arrow (30, 5'9", 200 lbs, black hair, brown eyes), have been placed on escape status after leaving the Rapid City Minimum Center without permission. They are considered second-degree escapees, a Class 5 felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison. Contact law enforcement immediately if you see either offender or know their whereabouts.
