Ryan Burks, a 39-year-old inmate who escaped from the Carroll County Regional Correctional Facility in Mississippi, was recaptured after a traffic stop in Oxford. He faces charges for felony fleeing in a motor vehicle and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Leslie McNeal, a 44-year-old kitchen employee who aided his escape, was also arrested and charged with felony aiding and abetting. Both are in custody following a vehicle pursuit.
