Boston police are investigating an attempted ATM theft in Dorchester where suspects in a U-Haul truck tried and failed to steal an ATM from a Rockland Trust Bank branch on Thursday morning. The incident occurred at the intersection of Talbot and Southern avenues. The suspects fled the scene without the ATM, and the FBI's Bank Robbery Task Force has been informed. No arrests have been made so far.
