Orphaned Black bear cubs rescued in San Bernardino mountains after their mother's death spent nearly a year at San Diego Humane Society's Ramona Wildlife Center for rehabilitation. The 5-month-old cubs, initially undersized, were treated, fed, and cared for in a natural habitat enclosure. After gaining 80 lbs, they received clean bills of health, were microchipped, fitted with GPS collars, and released back into the wild.
